MoMA: Modern Art and Social Movements Workshop
Description
MoMA educators connect modern and contemporary art movements (Dada, Abstract Expressionism, Feminist Art) to the social and political upheavals that produced them. Students examine artworks as responses to historical events, connecting to social studies, civics, and global studies curricula. Grades 8–12.
